VIDO New York Sour

Ingredients

• 2½ oz VIDO
 Vodka
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• ¾ oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg white
• ½ oz Educated Guess Cabernet Sauvignon

Preparation

1. In a shaker, add all ingredients and ice except the wine.
2. Shake, double strain over large rock.
3. Gently pour ½ oz Educated Guess Cabernet Sauvignon over the back of a spoon held just above the drink's surface so wine floats on top.
4. Garnish Luxardo cherry and lemon peel.
