Ingredients
- 2 oz VIDO
- ½ oz Manzanilla sherry
- ¼ oz blanc Pineau des Charentes
- 1 bar spoon apricot liqueur
- Absinthe
Preparation
- In a mixing glass, add all ingredients except for the absinthe. Add ice and stir until cold.
- Rinse your Nick & Nora or coupe glass with absinthe and discard any extra left in the glass.
- Strain your cocktail into the glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
