Vido Shamrock Shimmer

Ingredients

• 1½ oz VIDO vodka
• 3-4 quarter inch cubes of honeydew melon
• ½ oz Midori or melon liqueur
• ½ oz lime juice
• Mint
• Top with soda water
• A pinch of Emerald Green Prism Powder

Preparation

1. Muddle the honeydew melon in a shaking tin. 
2. Press the mint in your hand and place it in a shaking tin.
3. Add vodka, melon liqueur, and lime juice. Top with ice. Short, hard shake.
4. Strain into a mason jar over fresh ice.
5. Add a pinch of edible glitter and stir. 
6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
