Caper Berry Vido-Tini

Ingredients

• 3 ounces Vido Vodka
• 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
• 2 tbs caper berry juice
• Ice
• 2 caper berries or lemon peel for garnish

Preparation

1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice cubes.
2. Stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass.
4. Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink or garnish with caper berries.

Straight (or on the rocks)
