Rhubarb Vido-Tini

Ingredients

• 3 ounces Vido Vodka
• 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
• 1/4 ounce homemade rhubarb syrup
• Ice
• Lemon peel or rhubarb peel for garnish

Preparation

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass.
4. Squeeze oil from lemon peel onto the drink or garnish with rhubarb peel.

Straight (or on the rocks)
