Strawberry Fixe

Ingredients

• 1½ oz VIDO
 Vodka
• ¾ oz Strawberry-Vanilla Syrup
• ¾ oz Lemon Juice
• ½ oz Yellow Chartreuse 
• 3 dashes Regans Orange Bitters
• Topo Chico
• Lemon Wheel

Preparation

1. In a shaker, add all ingredients except for Topo Chico.
2. Add ice and shake until chilled.
3. Double strain into Collins glass, top off with Topo Chico.
4. Add your ice and garnish lemon wheel.

Served

Over rocks in a Collins Glass or Pint Glass
