Rebel Without A Claus

Ingredients

• 1 ½ oz VIDO Vodka
• ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
• ½ oz Aperol
• ¼ oz Rich Simple Syrup
• 2 dashes Cucumber Bitters
• 1 dash Saline Club Soda

Preparation

1. Add all ingredients except club soda to a shaking tin, add ice, and shake.
2. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass, then top with club soda.
3. Garnish with a healthy bouquet of mint.
